There’s no more demoralising situation on the felt than being dealt pocket Aces only to see them cracked as the hand progresses. It never gets any easier to swallow, however many times it happens but this weekend we are softening the blow if you are unlucky enough to see your pocket Aces not take down a hand.
That’s because you’ll get a terrific prize of 10 times the big blind (up to a maximum of $50 per hand) in any hold ‘em ring game between 16:00 GMT Friday and midnight Sunday where your pocket Aces lose you the pot at showdown.
