Las Vegas Main Event: 41st Place Goes to Titan Poker Player, Damien Luis
The World Series of Poker Main Event is certainly the biggest event on the poker
calendar each year. Making his mark on this year’s event was French player Damien
Luis, who placed 41st. Luis, who qualified to the Main Event just one month ago at
Titan Poker, came away this week with $206,395. Team Titan’s own Joël Benzinou and
Titan Poker qualifier Michael Maitre finished up at 151st place and 137th place
respectively, no small feat when you’re competing against 7,319 other players! Next
year we’re sure our players will make the Final Table.

Poker in Las Vegas after their top finish in the recent World Challenge Promotion,
finished in 614th place of the 2010 WSOP Main Event and won $21,327. Four other
Titan Poker players advance to Day 5 of the competition. Quite an achievement!

Sam Trickett Close to First in Las Vegas
Congratulations to the members of Team Titan for their winning performances at the
2010 World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. Hats go off to Sam Trickett from the United
Kingdom who beat out 790 other players to place second in Event #17 at the 2010
WSOP. Although Trickett was looking to take home the bracelet, he didn’t go home
empty handed, winning $505,725 in “deepstack” cash!
